Welcome to Everyone Runs, Everyone Walks!  We pride ourselves in events that really are for "everyone."  Whether you're a runner, walker, a five or 15 minute miler, we'll treat you with the same respect and service.  You'll also find that we do our very best to give you the most for your entry dollars.  Never cotton tee-shirts, only quality performance running shirts or hats that will keep you cool and comfortable on any run.  At our events you'll always get a tasty free Mexican breakfast, free smoothies, free photos that you can get on-line just a few days after the race, five year age group awards and always the most scenic courses in Arizona.  Please join us.  We know you'll like us!

Join us for the 1st Annual Midtown Sertoma 5k Run & Walk for Better Hearing at the Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind. All proceeds will benefit ASDB programs, Midtown Sertoma Audiology scholarships and the Adult Loss of Hearing Association. 5k course will travel the Santa Cruz River paths and will start & finish on the school track. Your entry includes 5 year age group awards, tee-shirt, free Mexican Breakfast, smoothies and more. This event is produced by Everyone Runs, Everyone Walks.

A three trail beauty...5.20 & 10.35 mile options...your choice! All you've come to expect from Everyone Runs: unbeatable course, unmatched views, free post race Mexican breakfast, free smoothies, free runner photos, free massage and good vibes for all! This years course starts on the Nature Trail, then to the Canyon Loop, up and down Montrose and then a fantastic loop on the Birding Trail (all clockwise). Now more stairs for your money: 92 on Canyon Loop and 48 on the Birding Trail!
